1. All vehicles are “as is-where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees.
2. Description of charges:
1. Selling price
2. Sales tax 8.7%
3. Acceptable methods of payment:
1. Cash
2. Personal check (4% surcharge) pre approved
3. Visa, Mastercard , American Express or Discover
4. How to pay:
1. All vehicles must be paid for in full on sale day.
5. Vehicle pickup:
1. Vehicles can be released as soon as the bill is paid in full.
2. Vehicles must be out of the lot by Tuesday at 4 p.m. or storage charges will apply.
3. You must have your AVR to pick up a vehicle. This acts as your paid receipt.

6. Effective Immediately:

1. Must be 12 years or older and with an adult to attend.
2. No pets permitted except service animals.
